It aims to develop participants’ abilities to conduct effective and influential dialogues. Trainees learn the arts of good communication, how to ask open questions, and interact with different personalities in a positive and professional manner. The course also focuses on enhancing effective listening skills and accurately understanding others’ messages, which enhances their ability to manage conversations constructively and achieve positive results in the work environment or personal life.
