Course reservations are only allowed through the communication channels listed in the announcement or on the official website. When subscribing, you must verify that all information provided, whether about yourself or another person, is accurate and correct. Al-Sorouh Smart Training Institute is not responsible for failure to process a request if incorrect information is provided.
Course and Program Policies:
- The full fee must be paid on or before the first day of the course; installment payments are not accepted.
- The trainee must adhere to the payment deadlines for the course fees.
- The institute reserves the right to adjust fees based on annual economic studies.
- Fees are subject to a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
- All course fees are displayed in local currency or foreign currencies and are payable immediately via the available payment methods.
- Al-Sorouh Smart Training Institute accepts payments through Visa, MasterCard, Mada, and cash.
- The institute is not responsible for any trainee errors in the payment process or for any hacking or fraud incidents affecting credit cards used for payment online.
- The trainee is responsible for ensuring that all payment information used is correct, accurate, and valid before completing the payment process.
