Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

  • 75% of the paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the program start date.
  • 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs between 4 to 2 days before the program start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 day of the program start date.
  • The paid amount can be transferred to another program, and the difference must be paid if applicable. This must be requested at least 5 days before the program or course start date.

Payment and Refund

Payments will be refunded to the client’s account within 5 days after the completion of the program or training course.
