Among the most important terms and conditions set by the institute, which have been emphasized due to their importance, is attendance and absence for trainees. The trainee must attend all days and hours, and will be excluded if their absences exceed 20% of the designated training hours required to obtain the certificate.

Regarding registration and participation fees for training courses, the trainee is not entitled to a refund after payment, except in the case where the program is canceled by the institute.

There are a set of policies that the trainee must adhere to:

  • The trainee must respect the rights of others and maintain good relations with fellow trainees.
  • Adherence to maintaining order and quiet within the lecture hall.
  • Compliance with wearing the official uniform inside the institute.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in official areas.
  • The trainee must take care of the institute’s property and avoid tampering with or using it for non-educational purposes.
  • It is important to adhere to health and safety regulations inside training halls.
  • The trainee is not allowed to remain in the institute after official working hours unless absolutely necessary.
  • Compliance with the institute’s regulations in all facilities and training areas.
  • It is important to adhere to the start and end times of training courses.
  • The trainee must park their vehicle in designated parking spaces.

At the end of the course, the trainee will receive a training certificate from the institute, which will be uploaded electronically within no more than two working days, once the trainee’s fulfillment of all requirements for obtaining the certificate is confirmed.

From an intellectual property standpoint, the trainee is not allowed to share the training materials without obtaining prior approval from the institute.According to the official regulations for training centers (rules and procedures) issued by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, a training license has been obtained to establish the institute. The minimum structure of a Training Center consists of a director, an administrator, and a contracted trainer for each developmental course. Administrative, financial, and support tasks are handled by the administrators, while the contracted trainers are responsible for training-related activities. With the transition to online training, additional responsibilities such as administrative tasks, virtual classrooms, control, and technical support have been assigned to administrators, while synchronous online training has been added for trainers.
