Providing participants with theoretical information and practical skills in the field of effective communication, and providing them with skills in dealing with others by explaining the most important concepts related to the skills of dealing with others and working to raise their efficiency and effectiveness in the field of communication and dealing with others through practical exercises that achieve the refinement and development of their skills in relation to the process of effective communication.
