Course Description:
It aims to provide a deep understanding of the latest amendments and developments in the labor system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Trainees learn how to adapt to changes in labor laws, including employee rights, and regulate the relationship between workers and employers. The course aims to enable participants to keep pace with the legal and administrative transformations that have been implemented in the Kingdom with the aim of improving the work environment and increasing productivity. The course also addresses the legal, social, and technical dimensions that affect the Saudi labor market.
Course Objectives:
1) Understanding the legal amendments in the Saudi labor system: Enable trainees to learn about the latest amendments and developments in Saudi laws related to labor.
2) Adapting to changes in the labor relationship: Learn how to adapt to changes in the relationships between employees and employers according to the new system.
3) Enhancing knowledge of workers’ rights and duties: Enable trainees to understand their rights and duties under the latest updates in labor laws.
4) Identifying new policies for employment and remote work: Training participants on best practices in employment and remote labor management within modern systems.
5) Keeping pace with changes in the work environment and modern technologies: Providing trainees with the skills necessary to deal with the challenges resulting from the use of modern technologies in work.
6) Analyzing challenges and opportunities in the new system: Identifying the most prominent challenges that companies may face during the implementation of the new system, as well as exploring opportunities to improve the work environment and increase productivity.
7) Strategic planning for the future of work in Saudi Arabia: Helping trainees anticipate the future and analyze how to develop the work environment in light of legal and administrative changes.
