Attendance Policy

The Smart Towers Institute emphasizes the importance of attendance for remote training courses, considering them equivalent to in-person courses. Therefore, the following guidelines must be followed:

1. To receive a certificate of attendance for the course, the trainee must attend at least 75% of the total training hours.
2. The name used to enter the workshop/training course must match the name registered in the electronic registration system.
3. Trainees must log in 15 minutes before the course begins to check connection and audio settings.
4. Please download the training materials from the course registration website for review before the course/workshop.
5. The microphone must be muted during the workshop and can only be unmuted for participation, then muted again.
6. For optimal use, please attend the course via a computer.

The Smart Towers Institute commits to not issuing a course certificate if the trainee does not attend at least 75% of the training hours.

Simultaneous attendance via virtual sessions is considered equivalent to regular attendance.

The minimum required for simultaneous attendance is 25% of the total course duration.

The Smart Towers Institute ensures that the number of trainees in virtual classrooms does not exceed 25 trainees per trainer or assistant trainer.
